Lugsy Experiences handles venue selection, equipment, catering, photography, and event management as agreed per package.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate participant numbers, timely approvals, and necessary permissions for event spaces.

We ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism during all events.

Lugsy Experiences is not liable for accidents or injuries arising from participant negligence or non-compliance with event instructions.

Clients must ensure participants follow safety guidelines provided by our team.

Any personal data shared with Lugsy Experiences is used strictly for event planning, communication, and service delivery.

We do not share or sell client or participant data to third parties.

All content, branding, photography, videos, and materials created by Lugsy Experiences remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use media for internal purposes only, unless written permission is granted for external use.

Lugsy Experiences reserves the right to modify policies and terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of material changes that affect bookings or services.
