Payments & Commercial Terms
Payment milestones, advance requirements, and final settlements are specified in the proposal. Execution begins upon receipt of agreed advances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or date changes may result in costs for bookings, logistics, or manpower already committed. Applicable charges are communicated transparently.

Safety & Liability
We follow standard safety protocols during events. Participants are expected to adhere to rules and guidelines shared on ground. Lugsy is not responsible for injuries arising from non-compliance.

Media & Content Usage
Event photographs and videos may be used for Lugsy’s portfolio and communication unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
